In 2009, our partner MICAS AG opened the "Pfiffikus" kindergarten. A total of 20 places (8 nursery and 12 kindergarten spots) are available for the children of company employees, staff of WH-Elektronik, and – if capacity allows – also for external individuals. The children are cared for in small groups by four educators. The focus is on promoting language skills as well as technical and scientific education, in addition to the musical talents of the children. A minibus is always available for excursions.

Great importance is placed on healthy and child-friendly food, which is prepared fresh daily in the company-owned cafeteria of MICAS AG, "MICASA Culinaria."

In 2013, the MICAS after-school care center "Pfiffilino" was opened. A total of 20 places are available for care after daily school hours. The children are picked up directly from schools and taken to the care center.
